Congratulations, Canadians Sweep the 2014 Esprit Awards

ISES ESPRIT AWARDSCanadians won top honors at the 2014 Esprit Awards last week in Seattle.
The ISES Esprit® Awards program is an awards competition that honors the exceptional professional achievements of individuals who belong to the International Special Events Society. ISES represents  multi-disciplinary events professional worldwide.
Calgary took the most wins with nine of its members receiving awards for their work in 2013.

Calgary Stampede brought home ‘Best Event for a Non-Profit Organization Between $75, 000 and $150, 000’ for “The 2013 President’s Event”.

‘Best ISES Team Effort Between $75,000 and $150,000’ went to POP Kollaborative Inc., Décor & More Inc., Orange Frog Productions Inc., Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, Leblond Studio Inc., AOO Events (Los Angeles, CA), Audrey Gordon Parties (Chicago, IL) and BRAVO! Entertainment Productions Inc. (Dallas, TX) for “Society!”.

‘Best Corporate Event Over $150,000’ went to WestJet for “A Night in Oz”.

‘Best Event Photography’ went to Leblond Studio for  WestJet’s “A Night in Oz”.

‘Best Technical Production’ went to Mediaco for the technical support for  WestJet’s “A Night in Oz”.

Toronto and BC companies were also among the winners including Carolyn Luscombe, CSEM,CSEP,CMP, Eclectic Events International, Inc. for BEST ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION $25,000 – $75,000 USD for Film Fest;  Darren Dreger, CSEP, BC Event Management, and Rick Smith, Riggit Services Inc. won BEST EVENT SOLUTION for TOIFA (Times of India Film Awards).
