Call for Entries

Please click the link below to download the Call for Entries for the 2012 Star Awards. The qualifying period is January 1, 2011 to Dec 31, 2011 and all entries must be submitted by February 5th, 2012

Nominees will be showcased and recognized at the Canadian Special Events EXPO12 March 28-29 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the winners will be honored at the 15th Annual Gala March 30th.
