If you plan events, for a corporation, a charity or association or really any kind of organiztion; if you are a wedding professional or a independant event planner, or even if you do not plan events for a job but just have a special event coming up, CSE EXPO12 will provide you with the tools, resources and connections you need to make your events the best they can be.
You may bring guests to the Trade Show. If you are a planner or have an event to plan there is not fee. You will need to provide a business card. If you are a supplier, the fee is $25.00 pp. All conference events are for the ticket holder only so you would need to purchase an extra ticket to bring guests to conference sessions.
Seating is not assigned, it is first come first served except for the Gala Awards on March 30th when seating is pre assigned.
You may cancel attendee fees in writing before March 1st. After March 1st no refunds are available for any reason. Exhibits cannot be refunded after Jan 1.
If you buy a day pass or the full conference package, breakfasts and lunches are included.
At the Trade Show on March 29th in the afternoon, CSE EXPO12 is proud to present world renowned celebrity event planner Marcy Blum from New York. All guests are welcome to attend her presentation on a first come first served basis. Seating is limited for this event. There are also several inspiring mini sessions in the afternoon as well. See the schedule for details.
Yes some of the speakers will be at the social events and available after their sessions for Q&A
Dress in comfortable business casual. You dont need to bring anything but we do note it can get warm in the building so its best to dress accordingly.
