A hot new venue just debuted in Toronto. Screen Lounge is an independently operated social dining venue that was created to excite the senses and provide guests with a tasty and visual social dining experience. Directly located in the heart of the Downtown-Yonge district, Screen Lounge features a 3,000 sq ft level main floor and a modern sophisticated full service 2,000 sq ft roof top patio designed exclusively by Toronto-based designer Sarah Gatenby.

Executive Chef Chris Yi, a local Torontonian developed his food philosophy from his extensive international experience. He has worked as a Chef for the Dragon Hill Lodge operated by U.S. Department of Defence based in Seoul. Moreover, his background in Brazilian and pan-Asian cuisine in concert with his more modern take on foods can be credited to his experience as a Chef in New York City and Chicago.
Co Executive Chef Peter Kim, also a Toronto local, was trained under Master Sushi Chefs Mr. Fukuda and Mr. Akira and he has also trained at the prestigious L'Ecole Le Cordon Blue in Paris, France. Peter has worked as a fusion sushi Chef in Paris, New York City, and Los Angeles
