Lundbeck’s 2025 National Conference Proves Innovation is a Team Sport

When a company like Lundbeck gathers its national team, the goal isn’t just to meet—it’s to connect, align, and reignite purpose. That’s precisely what happened at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant, where The Event Agency returned for a second consecutive year to produce a weeklong experience that blended strategy with story, business with belonging.

The theme, “Our Focused Innovation,” was more than a slogan—it was a guiding principle threaded through every element of the event, from the mainstage content to the smallest visual details. The setting played its part: nestled in the Laurentians, the venue provided a sense of retreat without straying far from Montreal, allowing attendees to disconnect from their everyday lives and immerse themselves in what mattered most – each other.

The conference began with a powerful plenary session, designed to reflect Lundbeck’s continued commitment to neuroscience and purpose-led innovation. Then came the deep work: breakout sessions on industry trends, sales training, and new product integration, all housed in spaces designed for open dialogue and clear outcomes.

But the event’s biggest success may have been its ability to create personal connections through unexpected moments. One standout: a team-building quilt-making workshop that brought people together in a hands-on, creative way, producing not just a visual metaphor, but a literal one.

At the gala, success was celebrated with elegance and energy. DJ Eric the Tutor delivered an immersive set, reading the room with precision and keeping the night alive without missing a beat. Meanwhile, Quebra Entertainment’s roaming performer delivered electrolyte shots on the dance floor—a playful, thoughtful touch that ensured everyone woke up conference-ready.

The Event Agency managed it all—run-of-shows, budget, transportation, presenter rehearsals, venue comms, showcalling—executing a multi-day production with seamless precision. Even the finer details were handled, from onsite professional headshots to creative design for the product launch, which was presented with clarity, purpose, and brand alignment that left a lasting impact.

For event professionals, this project serves as a case study in what happens when logistics, creativity, and client culture all align in the same direction.
