The Canadian Event Awards, Canada’s premier recognition program for the event and meeting industry, is thrilled to announce the finalists for the 2024 Awards. Particularly notable was the rise in entries within the experiential marketing, municipal and logistical categories, highlighting the industry’s adaptability and ingenuity in creating memorable and impactful events. Furthermore, this year marked a significant return of caterers to the competition, a category that had seen a decline during the pandemic.
The Canadian Event Awards are known for their rigorous competition process. Entries are reviewed and scored based on the merits of creativity, problem-solving, innovative solutions, design aesthetics, and more. This is the only competition in the world for event professionals judged with such meticulous review. It offers a unique forum in Canada for event professionals and their clients to be recognized for their hard work, success, and achievements.

A second judging round will occur from March 30 to April 6. Winners will be announced live at the Awards Gala on May 8, proudly hosted by La Primavera Event Space, where the event industry’s best will gather to celebrate their achievements.
