Step by Step Guide to Entering
Use the following as a guide to preparing and submitting your entry for the 2018 Canadian Event Venue Awards. If you get stuck or have questions, please reach out to our team anytime at info@canadianspecialevents.com and good luck!
Process
- Read the Rules & Guidelines page to be sure you understand the requirements and eligibility.
- Collect and prepare any required entry materials.
- Go to the portal online and create an account.
- Upload your entry and complete all the fields on the entry form.
- Before you go to pay and submit, make sure you have all required elements including mages and/or videos, pdf or word doc, client letters etc.
- Pay for your entry. Payments accepted include Visa, MC, Paypal or Amex.
- Make sure you get a receipt and confirmation.
- Finalists will be announced August 28, 2018
- Finalists will be contacted for further information and interviews
- Finalists will be invited to purchase tickets to the Gala
- Winners will be announced live at the Gala in September 2018
- Winners will be featured in Canadian Special Events Magazine and online at alex.canadianspecialevents.com
