Some events are designed to impress. These two were designed to transport.
Over three days in Miami Beach, eXp Realty’s community experienced a pair of signature moments that framed the week: an immersive awards dinner at The Temple House and a high-energy beachfront finale at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Together, they told a cohesive story about innovation, connection, and a company still pushing forward, brought to life by North American experiential agency, The Concierge Club.


The Awards Dinner at The Temple House reimagined what a corporate celebration could be. Built around the theme “The Art of Innovation,” the evening transformed the venue’s modern, white, blank-canvas interior into a fully immersive environment using 360-degree projection mapping. Guests were guided through a three-course culinary journey in which each dish lived in its own visual world: an underwater seascape surrounding a hamachi starter, a lush forest framing the main course, and a final sequence that pulled the narrative together with subtle eXp Realty branding.
The planning team led the dinner from concept through execution, developing a detailed storyboard that connected each course to its projected environment and overarching message. Working closely with The Temple House, United Projections, and Suzanne Michael Catering, they aligned menu, visuals, sound and narration so that every transition felt intentional. Custom voiceovers and a curated playlist tied the story back to eXp’s culture and future-facing mindset, creating an experience that felt more like immersive theatre than a traditional awards night.


Two days later, the tone shifted from cinematic to celebratory. “The Final Wave” closing reception took over the beachfront outside the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, welcoming 2,500 guests to a Miami-inspired coastal celebration. The beach came to life with neon lounge groupings, tropical florals, and dynamic lighting that spilled colour across the sand. Multiple bar stations kept the energy moving, while light bites and cocktails encouraged guests to mingle and savour the final night of the week.
Entertainment was anchored by DJ Agile from Toronto, whose Miami-infused set kept the beach buzzing well into the evening. A custom photo booth, framed by the ocean backdrop, gave guests a playful, shareable moment that captured the night’s look and feel in a single frame.
For this event, the planning team handled everything from concept development and venue layout to decor, furniture, and on-site logistics. Every element, flow, lighting, seating, and sound was designed to feel relaxed yet elevated, channelling Miami’s coastal energy while delivering a polished brand experience.


Across both events, feedback from clients and guests was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees praised the creativity, attention to detail, and the way each experience felt distinct yet connected. The Awards Dinner showcased innovation through art and technology; the Final Wave closing reception showcased it through community, music, and shared celebration.
Individually, each night stood on its own. Together, they formed a narrative arc that guests will remember long after Miami’s lights have faded from view.
