Everyone in the event industry knows that December is pure chaos. A busy event professional can be involved in upwards of 20 events in just a few short weeks, and the pace… well let’s just say that event professionals are the only people that lose weight over the holiday season!
After all the madness had slowed down, it was time for those busy planners to throw their own holiday events; to celebrate the success of the season, wind up the year and do a little fundraising.
In Toronto, The ILEA Toronto chapter held their annual Seasonal Soirée at the fabulous Cambria Gallery. The event was also a fundraiser for the SEARCH Foundation. Friends gathered at the fabulous and one of a kind space for some decadent catering, entertainment and a chance to unwind and share libations with industry colleagues.
Elizabeth Nutting, President ILEA Toronto commented on the night;
“This event was amazing and filled with incredible buzz, we raised over $1700 for the SEARCH Foundation. Thank you to all the participants, sponsors and members.“
